contact me

If I may suggest that you send me an initial email, I will then get back in touch and let you know if I am able to accept the job and meet your deadline. I will then provide a quote for the work. It would be helpful if you could include the following information:

  • A description of the document including a word count.
  • The date you would be submitting the document to me for proofreading.
  • Any deadline(s) you are working towards.
  • Ideally, the complete document as a PDF or MS Word file or a sample of pages. If the work is in hard copy, a scanned version or photocopy of the original (I will supply you with my postal address if required).
  • An outline of any particular requirements or concerns you may have for the work (we can discuss these in more detail prior to me starting the proofread).
  • If you are a student, the name of your educational institution, your course of study and ideally a copy of your institutions rules/guidelines on proofreading.

“I look forward to hearing from

you and helping to progress

your work.”
